What group sizes do you handle?
We serve programs from 50 to over 1,000 guests, focusing on groups of 100+ across Vietnam and selected international destinations.
How early should we send a brief?
We recommend 4–8 weeks for team building and company trips, and 6–12 weeks for large galas, conferences or international tours. For urgent programs, call our hotline.
How soon will I receive a proposal?
After receiving a complete brief, we send a concept and preliminary estimate within 2–3 working days.
How is pricing structured?
Estimates are itemized (transport, accommodation, program, equipment, staffing, media…) so you can compare and control costs with no surprises.
Do you issue VAT invoices and corporate contracts?
Yes. Nineplus Group JSC (tax code 0317231292) signs corporate contracts, issues VAT invoices and provides capability documents for tenders.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Every outdoor program has a backup plan – rescheduling, switching to an indoor script or adjusting activities – agreed in advance.
Do you organize international trips?
Yes. We run MICE tours and overseas conferences (e.g. a 350-guest conference in Bangkok), including visas and group flights.
Can I rent equipment or staff only?
Yes. You can rent game tools, inflatables, sound, MCs or crew separately. See our catalogue or call us for a quote.
